It never rains but it pours. Back to unarmoured once again and thats how it's staying. sorry for the messing about but stuff happened

I know others asked about the e11 the guard that was sat down when they first enter was garrison so ive printed that as well lol

Because of my only brain ,I wouldnt let it lie so now have options. with help ive got the front scaled to right dimensions , basically scaled to right height on the Z axis then cut the sides off and then measured and scaled the sides to correct dimensions to keep proportion with the centre plate , then saved the project .3mf. Then have now chopped an 80mm slice off the bottom of the 3 objects ( not saved ) to print off , test join with tape and then check the width as know the overall height is correct. If all good will repeat for the back armour and then once thats assembled can size the boxes and greeblies

ive decided to leave it for now. its more of a size thing as I did think of getting one made in tpu

That plan failed cos of the flipppin collar and waaay to stiff so plan c. Speaking to Jim tripon and his large sized flexible Fibregkass stuff that hopefully will do the trick. Never do this the easy way lol

Decided to try to print , have the right files and am now printing at what might be the right scale on measuring but can adjust and if need to go up will just chop into more pieces to fit on the build plate.

Having trimmed some of it and realising can't make it work cos fat , im selling the WTF kit on to a garrison friend and will stick with the v1 for now and then print if I need to

Spoke to Walt and he’s sending them over , hopefully gratis as they are missed out. I’ve ordered the ones of Paul so they one way panic point know is the bloody side piece that connects the shells as that is a sheet that has to be cut but I have o idea what shape or how to blend that part to the back

The armour isn’t quite as generous as I hoped so may have to use a lot of hairdryer and make a diff collar. Im hoping it can be sorted or I’ll have to move it on and stick with the v1

Hi folks Ive got my BBB from Walt and most of it i'm happy with sorting but one thing is genuinely freaking me out. The side connectors between the front and the back. There is a gap and I have been given sheets to bridge that but Ive no idea what shape it has to be. Is it just rectangular or is there a particular shape it would need to be? If anyone with those armours has a pic or one they can take of "just" that connector so I can copy onto the rectangular sheet I have I would be massively grateful. Ive checked WIPS etc but cant get clear view. TIA

Looking at the chest and back im not at all sure where id need to cut for the sides and also how to make and shape them as I cant see any images of the side clearly and im guessing they get cut from the large rectangular pieces If anyone has any ideas or pics that would be great

Hhaha. Yup I got 4 shin straps and no chest straps and hose mounts Conversation being had now

Here’s all the bits. Now he also sent the shins and I have the two small straps for the lower shin but 4 of what look like the larger upper ones and I can’t see any sign of the ones for the chest / back as of now. I’ve asked Walt and I guess the worst is I either get some sorted or he sends them but least there’s always the v1 lol

Exciting times. Second mock up was spot on so uniform being made for for and finish. Then final try on and last touches / pics BBB from Walt now in country and on way upto mine

For my scout DLT I embedded 3 magnets in the scope mount base and the opposites in the receiver top so could remove for transport

So going over that thread it seems it’s tge ANH msp5 with Curly wire and the holster is the one seen on skeens hip in the pic above
