Hi Folks Well after loads of research and questions and more research it's time to start a WIP. Now this wont be a long or easy journey , it never is for me however , I have a least got the semblance of a plan and please feel free to give tips , pointers and advice where needed , its all constructive and will get another trooper in the field And all being well once cleared I can get a picture taken at the dam where the eye was shot 😉. Sorry for the necro but I’m looking at the WTF kit for my proposed build but im not sure on what the internal circumference of the kit bell would be Would it be possible to measure it?

Anyone got an assembly guide for the 10.5? got some files but wanna have something refer to. I know some folks have built them so hopefully someone can help. TIA

looks like 1” webbing run through the rear sling point and then through the tri-glide if I have it right? watching the eye again just now and the armour definitely matte black. and the rank stripe on the bell looks gloss too and bottom and white in middle. Can distinguish but not easily

yeah my wild guess would be fed through sling point at each end via the slider and then back again through it to stop its sliding out otherwise you'd never get it off it was stitched to itself

Was there anything sorted re what the sling would need to be or is it just like a 1" black webbing with a slider and run through the sling points?

what's the width of the webbing? Also how is it fixed to the swivel , is it using a qd clip or say fed through and stitched on itself

I am sorry for adding to this but ive tired searching for quite a while and not able to find anything. Is there a link to or if someone to point me to the download for @Bozzy's files the the hard armour parts as ive read a lot of folk are using them for their IAT builds andi would love to also Thanks and sorry again

wonder if that would be a direct drop from say an stl file for the rail to just drop on to the e10.5 as seen in Frasers pics? Just looking at Etsy now

Flat/matte black will do , it’d make a nice base coat for something else anyway cheers buddy

Hi gang Been lurking for ages as ive been getting my ROTJ Scout sorted in the midst of some pretty awful family stuff but thats done now. Since watching Andor ive had a soft spot for the IAT disguises they used and ive decided that this will be a good costume for me to work on next . In that vein i've been asking around for vendors , both in the UK and elsewhere to potentially manufacture them for me and then print the armour etc Ive spoken to The Darkside Closet on Facebook and have exchanged some messages and images and they seem keen enough to look into it. Will keep this updated one way or the other when I get a firm decision off them. Get the impression it would be as commission and to supplied measurements. Hopefully they go for it
