Krysis[501st]
I repainted the elevator bolts, and will re-install them tonight, as well as the "mouth plate" and chin strap. That will finish the helmet. I need to do a little sanding on my chest plate and put another coat of paint on it. Pictures tonight. This cold weather is slowing me down! Link to comment
Krysis[501st]
Had a nice warm day yesterday, and I took advantage of it. Put some paint down, but it was kinda pretty humid.. so I'm scared to look at it! So assuming it painted well, I will assemble the chest, back, and shoulder bells tonight. Link to comment
Darth Emphatic[CMD-DWM]
Humidity and paint do not mix Hope it all game out ok. Link to comment
Krysis[501st]
Indeed, But I live in South Louisiana so there is never much of a break from it. So I made a paint tent, set it up in a storage room inside of my garage, that should help a bit... I hope lol Link to comment

Krysis[501st]
I was speeding threw this on Saturday. Started fitting the belt. Had a troop on Sunday (Jedi) a nice hot day. Now its too cold to paint again!! Blast! Link to comment
toddo[TX]
The left belt boxes are hanging lower than the right. The right side looks better to me. Link to comment
Griffin-X[501st]
Agreed. Ultimately, the boxes should hang roughly 1.5" to 2.5" from the belt. Link to comment
Krysis[501st]
Cool, that measurement helps. I actually didn't have the boxes secured in this picture, I was mainly checking the belt it's self. I had about 2 feet of webbing hanging behind me lol. I think I am going to have to trim the belt, as of now the TD will make it appear to be a solid plastic belt, there is hardly enough room in the back for the clip... Link to comment
Krysis[501st]
Ok, I still haven't learned Windows 8 well enough... Can't get it to stay rotated.... (Got it fixed lol) But I think I am finished... submitting application Link to comment
