marktoots[501st]
They turned out very nice, great work! Thanks Jim. Here's a side by side comparison: Thanks to David Rodriguez for putting that shot together for me ☺ Sent from my SM-G800F using Tapatalk 3 Link to comment
marktoots[501st]
After two failed attempts to slush cast the belt boxes I have produced a successful one. I didn't and any pigment which is why it is white. It is a 1/3rd of the weight of the solid one Sent from my SM-G800F using Tapatalk 1 Link to comment
Darth Emphatic[CMD-DWM]
Looks a little rough, but on the right track. Nice! Link to comment
marktoots[501st]
Looks a little rough, but on the right track. Nice! Yeah, the photos were taken straight after it came out of the mould and before I had cleaned up the overspill. I had already created the mould with the intention to cast these solid and as a result I have had to create a stepped lid which does not sit in the mould tightly hence the rough edges on the back. They have now been sanded off Sent from my SM-G800F using Tapatalk Link to comment

marktoots[501st]
I have had a mate working on the belt buckle for me. I got sight of the prototype today and I am really excited with how it has turned out. Just got to sort out the fixing details and then we're done Sent from my SM-G800F using Tapatalk 1 Link to comment
marktoots[501st]
They were a little rough before. I have now tidied them up and primered them. I have also added the M4 bolts with which they will be secured. Belt boxes done! Sent from my SM-G800F using Tapatalk Link to comment
marktoots[501st]
This build is all about the small victories. Recently, I have been busy dealing with orders from others so have had little time for my own build but this morning I got five minutes to fit one of my belt boxes to my belt. The photo provides a comparison with those from SWCE. Sent from my SM-G800F using Tapatalk 2 Link to comment

marktoots[501st]
The work my belt continues. I have been making the canvas pouches and have also created a prototype leather pouch. Work is nearly finished on the prototype holster, just need some more snap fasteners. Sent from my SM-G800F using Tapatalk 1 Link to comment

Darman
Wow nice job ! It's look pretty good. But why there is a strap around the base of the visor of your SE-14 ? 1 Link to comment

The SE -14R is strapped in two places. At the base of the holster which is wrapped around the scope, and near the top of the holster just below the belt. The strap in this area can be attached in a number of ways with my set up being one: Sent from my SM-G800F using Tapatalk Link to comment
Darman
Oh i never seen this one.. OK. My bad. I thought it had to be like this, and this way only. It's more easier to unsheathe with this one i think. : 1 Link to comment

I have set up the holster so that the top strap rotates allowing me to attach the sidearm either way Sent from my SM-G800F using Tapatalk Link to comment
