Thanks so much!!! It did need a good bit of sanding, most definitely. But I used a drywall sand paper to start which really quickened up the smoothing process then followed up with standard 100 grit, then 220. A little 600 also helped after using filler primer.

LMAO NICK!!! Fantastic and Looking Great!! Keep up the great build!!!

BTW< Nick and i are in the same Garrison and get to see his progress in person. Everything looks even better in person.

The width of the armor? It's pretty decent actually. I'm 5'11", 185lbs so I got Jims regular kit and it's pretty good. No adjustment needed on the overall diameter of the thighs. Just a trim in the height.

Don't have the measurement but I'll check when I get home. I think they are pretty good in width though!
