But I used a drywall sand paper to start which really quickened up the smoothing process then followed up with standard 100 grit, then 220. A little 600 also helped after using filler primer. It's pretty decent actually. I'm 5'11", 185lbs so I got Jims regular kit and it's pretty good. No adjustment needed on the overall diameter of the thighs. Just a trim in the height.
