Description: Del Meeko

Prefix: TX

Detachment: Spec Ops Detachment

Context: Star Wars: Battlefront 2

Del Meeko was a male human who was a native of the planet Coruscant and grew up during the time of the Jedi. During the reign of the Galactic Empire, Meeko worked up through the ranks starting as a storm trooper, then as a shore trooper, then as a TIE fighter pilot and finally a chief engineer. Sometime after the Battle of Yavin, Meeko along with Senior Lieutenant Iden Versio, Gideon Hask and Seyn Marana was drafted into Inferno Squad, a Special Forces unit in the Imperial Military, by Admiral Garrick Versio. Meeko was later present on the forest moon of Endor during the Battle of Endor when the second Death Star was destroyed by the Alliance to Restore the Republic.

Ok so helmet should potentially be optional interesting. I really have no idea about that in all honesty.

I got some updates from Jason so i am going to put them up.

I wonder if the helmet should really be under optional accessories...

It's an interesting debate.. Del is a unique character, so actually we can also be a Face-character yea

But indeed, the Inferno gear is not complete without the helmet, I don't see it under optional items too so it's good as it is currently : Helmet required and Face is an option

Now the thing to add is that, when you get approved, maybe you could be approved as "worn helmet" AND face character (if you're matching minimal "face" requirements) so you can take part into events wih both options and you only got to say "Del face or Del helmet". A systematic double configuration approval would be a good compromise I think ?

And concerning Canon Events, subject to casting, just put both options, if they accept face it's good for you, else, you always have your helmet.. Now, obviously, you're not doing that costume to leave your helmet behind :) But I just find it cool to have that kind of flexibility

I went through the CRL and it´s looking very good in my eyes.

But there is one "little" thing that made me stumble... Dorothee please check this point and decide:

"Belt

For 501st approval:

- Classic ROTJ imperial officer belt (with top and bottom groove)"

I went through all or nearly all CRL´s where this belt is needed and I found only 2 or 3 CRL´s where this very specific version with the grooves is mentioned and it´s always level 3!

Del Meeko would be the very first build this very specific double grooved ROTJ version is mandatory for basic approval.

Because many people complaint about the new boots - which are really different from German jackboots and you see the difference on the very first view - the correct inferno squad boots are not mandatory anymore, the standard German jackboots are o.k. now.

Here we are talking about a detail of a belt which is not that visible - with the chest rig and the second belt worn over this belt - and this should be mandatory now? Many people have a costume with this kind of officer belt and now they should buy a second belt for Del Meeko´s basic approval - a detail which is level 3 for other builds?

Also a view into the Gideon Hask CRL - yes, I know it´s JRS and something different - says nothing about this double grooved ROTJ belt at all.

I think it should be the same here as for other builds: basic approval with the non-grooved standard and easy to get officer belt and level 3 with the double grooved ROTJ belt.

Thank you for your attention Dorothee and please decide.

Well thats an easy fix. The idea is not to make this difficult and honestly if its a detail that is not really seen then it can just be a level 2 requirement so that has been changed in the CRL.
