Del Meeko CRL (Complete)

Is the CRL in this thread the most current and correct? Or is it the one on the main 501st site? The reason I ask is the difference between the two documents, such as the need for the webbing on the overbelt to be leather. Here it is level two, over on the CRL library it appears that it is required. I emailed my GML and his response was that the Legion approves basic and the Detachment approves level two.  Same question on the Tac Vest, sounds like try glide and textured leather are required for basic approval. If this has been discussed elsewhere please point me in that direction.

The CRL on the main 501st site would be the one to go by for approval.
