Imperial Engineer Trooper CRL Discussion - Level 2 & 3 Certifications

Place holder for discussion on level 2 and 3 certifications IF it makes sense to do so

A lot of the text had been CCP from the Army trooper, i feel that since this is almost a color swap on all components , that the same ideas in use for the IAT would go along here. The only difference seen here is the olive tab over the green Army patch. Boots, gloves, snap on the mandarin collar and correct pocket and patch layout stand out to me as being the salient points on the higher levels of the uniform.
