Engineer pouches

Greetings Spec Ops, I am starting to gather my equipment for my Imperial Army Engineer, but I have no luck finding the pouches with snaps, or what can I use for  a Lv1 approval?

When I got mine I bought everything online. I do not have a local surplus store, so it all came from the web. 

Here is the purchase list I puot together for everything. Note that we ARE changing the boot requirement, and the boots for engineers will be short black boots, not the taller Jackboots.
