Hey, going to go ahead and get this started for posterity's sake.  I plan on making a DT Specialist build and will be posting pictures as I go.

• Armor: Originally went with Armory Prop Shops but have refunded due to issues getting things from them.  I have ordered and received my armor from Jim Tripon as of 4/15/22.
• Helmet: Jim Tripon, received 4/15/22
• Chest Rig: A&J Props - Ordered, pending delivery.
• Belt Kit: A&J Props - Ordered, pending delivery.
• Pauldron: A&J Props - Ordered, pending delivery.
• Gloves: Endor Finders.  Received.  Will post pictures.

• Undersuit: Dark Side Closet.  Received 4/28/22.  Will post pictures.

DLT-19D finished, painted, weathered.  Really love Premier Props and would highly recommend.  His print was clean, his instructions were clear and logical, and the build came out beautiful.  He even has assembly videos on youtube.

Awesome news James.

Nice choice on the audio systems. Make sure that when you use any TK type audio system that it does not do the clicks and pops like a TK. DT's did not have that in the films.

Hey can I ask what you used to connect the flashlights? Whats your setup? Do you have a button thats closer to the grip?

They come with a switch to turn them on/off from a cord that's a couple of feet long.  I had a friend of mine cut and solder them together so I didn't have to have two switches.  While we were doing that, we drilled discreet holes in the PVC pipe that runs down the length of the rifle and ran the cable through that, then I glued the switch on the underside, just forward of the trigger, as pictured here:

Can't do the legs yet as my undersuit has not yet arrived from Dark Side Closet, so I don't know how much I need to trim them yet.

@Chaos Do you have a link for a good guide on clamshell technique for the shins and for the arm pieces?

@Chaos It's really hard to tell from the reference photos and the CRL doesn't really specify - Are the small angled greebles on the left shin supposed to be aligned vertically or not?

If you zoom in, they're really not aligned but I didn't know if that was just an error in the construction on this particular piece or if they're supposed to be asymmetrical.  Can you clarify?

@Tiderion ideally the bottom edge of the greeblies should be horizontal and parallel to the ground. There are no specific measurements, as long as it looks like the CRL you'll be good to go. Just be sure you dont put them on the wrong side or upside down.
