Hand plate on the left has grey paint weathering.

Hand plate on the right is complete with grey paint weathering and a coat of car wax to bring the depth of the black back up.

Here's my undersuit in its current state. It needs a final hem at the bottom of the shirt, and some mesh cut in for heat release. I'll post final alteration pics once I've got it done.

What’s the bodysuit made from?

The bodysuit is made from a "fabric" that is a synthetic technical material that looks like leather on the outside and has a fleece later on the inside.

Tomorrow is the debut of this costume at the Toronto Comic Con; I can't believe I got all the armor pieces and the soft parts inside the Stanley 50 Gal Bin.
