Hi,

if using a TK belt. Can the TK belt be worn to replace the pockets? Or are the pouches needed anyway?

Hi,

TK belt is optional item, it has to be worn as an accessory. Pouches are feature that is required for approval.

TK belt is worn over belt, over the pouches.

Just asking because on this reference it is replacing the pouches.

The belt itself  and pouches are still there.  Per our L2 you can wear it above or below the pistol belt.

Ok ty for the info.

One more question about the oliv belt. Would that belt be approvable?

Or are the fasteners needed which can be seen on the CRL picture?

My fasteners are there but the way that I have my pouches set up you dont see them. You could unsnap them and tuck them behind for the L2 pics.

That is the correct style of belt buckle. I had the original A.L.I.C.E buckle and I had to swap it out for a side release buckle for my L2 approval.

Tje belts that are being approved for Specialist are the type shown on the CRL page, with the typical "frog" holes. Belts without holes are good for approval for L1.

Ok ty so far.

I ment the fasteners i marked in the picture. These can be seen on your CRL main photo. Not the one on the harness.

The first pic shows the belt i would get for cheaper money in Germany. Would that be ok for L1?

Yes absolutly, the CRL even states that for l1 holes are allowed, which means not mandatory.

Hey David,

ans are these things needed on the belt? Or are they just there because it's part of this belt to fasten it.
