Del Meeko Red & Black bubble lenses - where can i get them?

Recommended Posts

i got a set of bubbles from MonCal, and ive messaged Ople but there is no reply from them. Ive tried to order online, but the online order is not taking orders.

Im kinda stuck because while I HAVE bubble lenses from MonCal, I cannot find the correct vinyl mesh with round holes.

I am trying to get in touch with Marc who has the Ople shop, haven´t heard back from him yet - getting a bit worried I must say.

I got a hold of Marc from Ople Props, he is ok, just really busy in the private life, but he asked me to tell you all to please mail him : mail@opleprops.com  -  and he will get back to you asap.

My Lenses are from Jintalol Wang.

But the ones from MonCal are also good to go.

I tried the ones from Ople Props but wouldn't recommend them. Very blurry vision and the mesh is not as correct as it should be as the holes in the mesh are to big and not fine enough.

I used this dust protection foil for PC Fans.

It's a bit flexible so you can lay it nicely flat over the lenses from the inside.

Hello All,

Firstly many thanks for all the messages on this topic, I bought some red lenses from Moncals and added my own mesh & it looked fantastic....from the outside.

However after doing my first troop with them this weekend i soon discovered my vision was awful, I removed the mesh at lunch as I was getting a headache which improved things somewhat, but my vision was still terrible.

I'm in two minds as to whether to go back to flat, juts so I can see what the h@ll is going on! I lost count of the amount of bumps, trips (not the crews fault) I had, and to me 1/2 the fun of this whole thing is to see the faces of the kids when they see you......nae chance!!

Any advice & experience you have on this would again be gratefully received.

Cheers

Honestly it's probably best to go with just flat lenses. I have thought about it a good amount of times lol
