The parade was a blast and I resubmitted my pics! Sorry I haven't been on here in a while! My computer took a turn for the worst but I think I fixed the issue. I still can't believe it has lasted this long being a 2008 Dell laptop that has already crashed twice and has had a few parts replaced.

Almost forgot, my dad is going to borrow a costume to be with me in a parade! That and look what finally came in the mail after forever!

Ok sweet I think tomorrow I will be taking the pics. The bonds were a little sketchy today. Lol. Found out that super glue works for cracks in fingers.

Ok I fixed everything. Now I am just waiting for the glue to dry so that I can wear my armor for pics. I thought that with the DLT-19 I did not need a holster but I can put my holster on since I already have mine. I was also wondering if I can change my numbers instead of the first one I picked, I want my second choice of 17957 to be my number. It has more meaning. Also just finally got my diploma in the mail!!! I will put up a pic as soon as I can

Ok, found out I needed two things done for approval. First is I needed a holster which I was told wrong for something. I have a holster and I just did not use it in the pics but that is all taken care of. Second I had to shorten my straps that go to my chest piece to my back piece. My question is do I need full body pics to show these changes or do I need to just take pics of the changes?

I am. I am just anxious to see if I made it or not. I fixed any problem areas that one of my leaders could see. I have however had some fun and switched out my lenses with green mirrored ones for a St. Patrick day parade. Then I will switch them back. The parade is on the 15. finally convinced my dad to join me and I will also try to get him into a spare costume let's see if I can make this a family thing after all.

Yep. Sent all my pics in and now begins the wait....and the need for a new computer.

Ok,so the photoshoot was great except that a piece of my armor broke off and it was too cold to fix it. It is ok though. The pictures still look awesome to me and they will only get better.

Thanks! I have shined everything up (or at least tried to) and I have checked all of my connections. I hope that it all stays together well. I think that this will be a fun and hopefully memorable day.

Sweet! Yeah that would be awesome! I hope the photoshoot goes well today. I also hope it is not too cold out but I will be wearing multiple layers. I will also be posting up the rest of the pictures I found from my build. Wish me luck today everyone!

Oh! Almost forgot, I recently got a small piece for a future build that is not Star Wars related. If anyone can guess what it is from, they might get a little digital doodle from me.

Ok, I have sanded a bunch of my rough spots, connected all of my snaps, I have someone helping me with my belt, I got the shoulder straps connected and I have the t shaped snaps in place. Going to connect the final snaps and post pics tomorrow. What is left is the thighs to the ab plate snaps. Going to try to shine up my armor for a photoshoot this weekend at the local ice castles. Wondering if that would be appropriate submission pics. If not I am going to a photographer friend to submit them.

Ah! Ok, then I will probably trim my kidney plate a bit. I have everything else ready for specialist and I hope to send in my application by the end of the week! Is there any big concerns I should know for specialist?

I will have to use some foam on the inside once I get approved. The major question I have now is for the sides. Are they supposed to meet or can they overlap for the kidney plate meeting the ab plate? Also is the belt able to just have the holster looped over it or is it supposed to be attached?
