  1. Then I bent the tab that will go against the bucket and hold it in place.nd]
  2. Then I bent the other piece over the two pieces I just bent.
  3. Once I cut both sides I bent in both tabs over each other.
  4. In the picture above I cut right on the bend to allow me to bend that piece with out any over hanging piece, both are flat.
  5. But first I cut off the excess mesh always better to cut a little off then to not have enough.
  6. I put the fan back inside to double check the fit and made adjustments as needed. Then I measured the sides to bend. I then had to cut two lines for the bend.
  7. Then I bent the other side the same way.
  8. I then took the mesh and laid the fan on it marked where to bend it then with a straight edge I bent it being careful to get as tight a bend 90 degrees as I could.
  9. Once I cut the piece out I then took the dremel and used the flat side like a sanding wheel and sanded the edges. They will be sharp so you want to dull them down a little.
  10. Just a little taste for now, stay tuned for the further adventures of the Ruck Show!!
  11. Once I got the measurement for the size of the piece I would need I took a ruler and pencil and drew lines on the mesh. I took my dremel with a metal cutting disc and cut out the piece I needed.
  12. I found a file folder holder at Walmart that had the metal mesh I was looking for and was black, I measured the fans width and length to get the size I needed. I also added length so I had tabs that would hold the fans to my bucket.
  13. Once I had the housings trimmed I needed to make cages for each fan.
  14. I got two small computer fans from a local computer store. I needed to trim there housings so they would fit where I wanted to put them.
  15. Thanks Nick There's more to come yet just been real busy.
  16. Wow I still have the fans and wireless mic to show you guys, I better set some time a side but things are soooo busy !!!! Sorry for the wait.
