If we are requiring any pics to be redone make sure to state the file name from the one in the drive so that we know which one to remove and re-upload, etc.

What @Blackwatch said about possible pantone reference would be helpful for that, or else I'm thinking we'll have to get color codes from the reference and compare that to the one in the pics to see how close they are or where to go next.

Looks like you're on a roll. I haven't done a helmet "yet" from scratch for the stormtroopers so I'm not sure on that one. I think Walt has a video or something about doing the helmets if I remember right. They can be tricky from what other guys in my garrison told me. I have to get my Magma together still, I'm just past the trim phase.

I think you may have use the [ IMG] and [/ IMG] (remove the spaces) with the URLs to insert them. That is what I have to do with URLs on Flickr. Also good color on those boots!

Oh snap, I didn't see that pic ? ...it looks more in the back on the newer ones too.

Looks like it has a decent sized black lip/ring underneath it kind of like the clone helmets have, in the shots talking about the helmets being up high.

I'd say probably for Testors the 1113TT Sunburst Gloss because it has a slight orange tint to it.

Sounds like a good start! For basic there is nothing about straps, but for the Specialist level it doesn't mention elastic or canvas, but I'd say elastic would be the way to go. I just answered the red part on my paint thread that I'll have to test to see. Bracket or snap is your choice, I know people who have done both with the magmas. I personally use Velcro because of my body type (skinny).

I haven't done the red yet on mine but the Humbrol 1321 (red clear) looks to be the closest. May also be closer to a red-orange than just red, I'll have to see. I'm going to try and and pick up some and test it on some old rivets.

Right on! The shins and helmet/mask look good.

After seeing the new images of the backside and sides of the helmet it almost has lines for shoretrooper and AT-ACT driver helmet along the jaw at least.
