I think the eBay linked ones have a wide "u" stitching on them that could be considered "decorative stitching". The second link you posted looks more like the ones in the CRL. It is totally up to you I'd say at this point. You know the quality that comes with IB.

That is crazy, I had an adult lady do the same to me. I wonder if by chance it was the same person? She was shouldering into everyone she passed when I watched her walk away. She hit me so hard I though my detonator on my tank trooper came off from the zip ties. I was literally not bumped into by anyone else except her the entire 3 days in costume which was very surprising.

I can assist on this as well as my shadow is Anovos and I've done another Anovos stormtrooper as well (and have 1 in a box still for a clean I'm doing, don't tell my gf). Where are you having the most issues with the size at? You may want to try it with the undersuit on and see how it looks too as that'll fill it out a bit. I don't think you'll ever get quite to the "tight" that you are looking for but everything is fixable and adjustable if you are using E6000 glue ? By the way I'm like 6' 2" and 150 pounds as well, so I know the feeling.

You mean the wrap on it? That isn't a bad thing because it keeps it from getting scratched. I'd imagine you are asking about changes to get it to fit you? Have any pics of it?

Anovos looks really good. Two of my kits are Anovos and I have a third in a box for another clean one that I'm doing. The plastic is a little thinner than some of the other makers out there but is pulled well.

MTK is a good one, there are 2 troopers that I know in our garrison who have armor from there and it looks great.
