I noticed that while the stormtroopers are seamless in the following spots, the Flametrooper has rivets of some kind and visible seams.

Wow the amount of detail to this costume I was very surprised. Thank you for the detailed up and close pictures this costume is definitely going to be a lot of work.

I am curious about the helmet though with that small slit to see out of. I know it has been mentioned to be by a fellow costumer that in the movie it may potentially have a H.U.D. (heads up display) so I am wondering how in real life to mitigate seeing issues, thoughts?

Well, Mandos sometimes have similarly small slits. Granted, it's not to that level of small, but still, how do they mitigate seeing problems?

Depends on how close your eyes sit to the slit. If your eyes are right behind them, then it's not much of an issue. If they sit farther back, don't expect to see.

That's cool that someone is offering the files. I'd love to see what can be done with them.

Not bad to see out of. Peripheral vision is good, looking down is not so good.

Photos man! Photos :)

Also need your input on this. Is this like a button or light or something else?

Anybody know if the gloves and boots match TFA tk? That may be our opportunity to get the slightest edge on the build.

They looked exactly the same at the TFA exhibit at CVII. I was able to walk across the room to compare, so I feel confident saying that.
