On our old boards there were pics of the insides of someones bucket that was all decked out. I can't remember who it was though. It looked pretty sweet. Had really nice padding all over and customer framing around the lenses. Wouldn't mind seeing those pics again.

Will that blue part of the helmet (neck) be like a vinyl or plastic?

How do you plan on doing the helmet? I'm not seeing how you could keep those dimensions and still get your head in it. Unless you do it in a couple different pieces like a Vader helmet.

Valter Santos just had an issue with Caboots not sending his order and then refusing to refund him saying they already did. A few angry emails and facebook posts from Legion members got the problem corrected for him (which is awesome!) , I'd be leery of dealing with them now.

The boss man puts his work on hold to help his fellow trooper...how impressive is that!

Almost there. If you have an issue with your shins turning, you can take a strip of air conditioner weather stripping and and put a line of it done the inside of the shins. Should help keep them from moving. I did that to keep mine from riding up over my boot tops.
