  1. Till next time. I have a plan to change this so stay tuned to see what my next idea is!! Ruck
  2. Ok, installed the fans in the bucket and my nose was touching the fans. Lol not everything works to plan lol.
  3. I trimmed off the excess foam then fitted it to the frown bridge I made.
  4. I took a piece of hard foam and cut a piece in a wedge shape that both fans will connect too.
  5. As you can see in the pics I covered some of the plastic with tape. That is where I am attaching the Velcro that will then attach to the bucket. this will minimize the vibration that is transferred from the fans to the bucket.
  6. I then painted the plastic flat black.
  7. I then built a tray platform for the fans to sit on using the same methods described above.
  8. I took a sanding stone from my Dremal and sanded down the sharp edges.
  9. Once I had all the teeth cut out I took my exacto knife and trimmed off the extra melted plastic.
  10. Once the acrylic is soft I took it out then pushed it against the bucket where I wanted it to form and held it there till it cooled. Once it was cool I traced the teeth outline onto the acrylic. Once I had all the teeth outlined I took the acrylic out and wit me wood burning too with the smallest tip started to cut out the teeth.
  11. I took a cookie sheet and set the oven to about 225* then stuck the piece of acrylic in the oven for like 5 min. its important not to set he temp too high or leave it in too long cause it will cause the acrylic to bubble.
  12. Well here we are again where did we leave off. Oh yes the mini fans, I needed to make a bridge to attach the the fans to so they weren't permanently stuck to the bucket. I needed vents for air to come through so I took some acrylic I got from the home depot in a 3' x 3' sheet for like $8 or so, then cut a piece from that to the size I needed.
