We took some slide rails so we can slide the box up and down stairs and mounted them on the bottom.

Then we took predrilled angled stock ( Red Arrow below ) cut it to size then drilled holes in the box reenforced the inside with the metal plates ( Blue Arrow below ). We drilled holes in the back of the aluminum bar stock and milled it a little to flatten it so it would set flat against the box. We put the bolts through the inside of the aluminum bar stock not all the way through so you can't see them.

We took a piece of aluminum stock ( Red arrow below ) and PVC stock, milled the PVC to fit inside the aluminum then drilled a hole in the PVC for the axel arm tab to go into ( Blue arrow above ).

We added these.

So we started with a tub that looked like this.

My Stanley tub upgrade. This build was a combined effort between myself and a fantastic buddy of mine. We had a blast messing around with this. Thanks Duffy!!!

Well that's all I have on my armor. I hope that this helps any aspiring troopers, I had a ton of fun putting this together. Yes there was some frustration but mostly it was a blast. I found out what I'm capable of, I'm really proud of the results. I can give the credit to all of you troopers who posted your builds and who followed my posts and gave kinds words. Oh forgot to mention that it form fits the back so I don't even know it's there.

I put velcro around just 2 of the edges and it holds everything in place and protects everything.

I took a tile hole cutting bit and drilled out the hole for the switch.
