Ruck

Once I cut another piece and got it to the temp I took it out of the oven and while it's hot molded it to the back.

The lower temp makes a big difference!!!!

It's hard to see but there is tiny bubbles all over this piece plus it's warped pretty bad.

I bought some acrylic and measured a piece cut it then put it into the oven on a pizza pan that has many many little holes in it. I set the oven at 260* and let it heat up for like 10 min. With the low temp I was able to leave it in the oven as long as needed. If the temp is higher it will cook the plastic. Here is a pic of my first attempt lol.

The next thing I need to do is mold a plastic piece for my back plate so it protects the wireless receiver wiring and voice changer.

These are not my submission pics the drop boxes were just hung there in these pics. I moved them into the proper position after I put everything back together. These are just test pics.

I then glued the caps back on.

Once I lined up the belt I marked where the velcro is going to go.

I then lined up my ABS pieces with the belt.
