  1. Them being flat is fine if that's what you end up doing.
  2. Hey Andrew. Shoot me a PM and I'll assist.
  3. Honestly, Rocky, at this point I think it would be a good idea to have a whole new set of CRL pics. This isn't a knock on the original in anyway, but we know there are a few that need updating and it's best to have consistency in all the photos versus some pieces being from one model and other pieces from another. If you have the pics or can take full suit and individual piece pics, that would be amazingly helpful.
  4. Thanks, Mark. I wil now take an even more thorough look at it and get addition feedback from other CS members. I will also work on formatting for the 501st CRL page. Can you PM me to organize sending emailing over the highest res photos?
  5. I should be able to fix that, but ideally you host the photos on a site like photobucket or imgur and link them here using the which those sites provide to make it easier. This has the benefit of you being in control of your own photos and allowing you to remove them at any time if you wanted. Saves the detachment space too...Space = $ .
  6. Shawn, what size limitation are you running into?
  7. Awesome! We'll need shots from the game that cover all the angles of this thing.
  8. I am not saying to require proportion adjustment, but that the aproximately language is there to account for this types of variations.
  9. I agree. We definitely want the measurements in. At the same time, proportions matter. A 5 ft 90lb officer versus a 6'5' 250lb one will benefit from a little proportion adjustment on the ran bar. With things like webbing and such, that rule is still applicable.
  10. I'd never require a specific material as long as it looked the part. That is key. If it looks the same and moves the same (important for soft parts), that is good.
  11. As it relates to the gaskets, consider the FO stormtrooper. The gaskets are required for a reason. It's of overall visual significance and while a pain, it's not the type of thing that typical gets moved to level 2.
  12. CRL is still WIP and will need additional photos. However, if one was completed, we could run it through the LMO directly.
  13. I've pasted, but the stress here would probably cause it to split again. A replacement would be better.
  14. I am for the DT designation and plan to push for it.
  15. Funny enough, Disney had given them the name, but then they changed it because of the negative connotation. All the convention displays, program info, and licensed merch was given the death trooper name (and most still bear it). The original death troopers (zombie) no longer exactly fall into canon because of the EU legacy split in 2014, at least not in the traditional sense. It would be pretty entertaining for one of the star wars story movies to be a horror death trooper movie...won't happen, but that would be awesome.
  16. And, for reference, they are called death troopers, though Disney is trying to change that now:)
  17. A return edge isn't required but you can also turn down and add one back. If you want to try that I would find some plastic to practice on. You'll need a heating iron. I added a return edge to a number of pieces on my original FX because it never had them.
  18. That is great Andrew and please continue to hang in there.
