    000 progress

Gratz @Allan1313!!! Need to get a pic over to @Hydra to post on social media. 000 is a rare one!
  2. @gmrhodes13 Got em and uploading directly to forums. Would we say these are "International Displays" to differentiate between these and the ones found at LFL and D23?
  3. Welcome @GeneralSpeer!!! Will follow along.
  4. As the CRL currently stands today, you can ONLY use MP40 pouches on the belt (2 in place of the drop boxes). With the update (which is pending pictures), one pouch will be allowed on the shoulder...but if using that, there should be no pouches on the belt...it will be an either or. I just completed my Sandtrooper....and yes one on the shoulder will restrict head movement a bit.
  5. Edits made. The forum thread is making the bullet indentations funky but that can be corrected in publishing.
  6. Got it. I will make changes in a bit...only one thing... Regarding the tube stripes...is there a compelling reason to not align at what seems to be the standard 16 stripes (instead of the current 15)?
  7. Helmet: • Rubber trim line needed? I know standard TK does not have a line...our Rocket Trooper does but mostly because it is affected by the mohawk. Do we want to add a line here or no? • 16 tube stripes? • Remove Note about helmet manufacturers. Shoulder Straps: • held down in the back with a black elastic band Abdomen Armor: • Add/adjust "abdomen armor detail matches" line (also found on Rocket crl). Kindey/Posterior: • separate preferred? • Level 2 separate only? Belt: • Plastic tabs? • Add "The belt closes…" line similar to Rocket Trooper crl. Thigh Armor: • Rivets Level 1 or 2? • Similar material TO the whole armor • Should be FLUSH without seams These are just quick notes I typed up...if any don't make sense holler.
  8. I have a few other minor text edit notes (mostly just cleanup) that I will post when Im at a computer. Pics are still in editing phase
  9. Yes. For this, Im ok w the shoulder pouch but if used must have a pauldron. I would also say that if its on the shoulder then there can be no belt pouches. One or the other. Thats my take anyways.
  10. Sirens??? Hit up @Hydra (Rosemarie)!
  11. Congrats @jen0farc! It looks great!!! Im glad to see you went for that Val version as well. Great to see that the advice was used and the results worked well. Thank you for the update and again congratulations!
  12. Nice! A couple suggestions for when u troop based off these pics... Make sure the fabric loop is concealing the under strap on the shoulders. Bring those pouches in more. They should sit more in and border the edges of ur bund ribbing (see pic w my horrible finger drawing lol).
  13. Find the most recent and updated version of the Sky Trooper CRL in English at the link below: https://databank.501st.com/databank/Costuming:TK_skytrooper

  15. i understand. im just saying that the wait is indefinite...the option i gave does not eliminate sunber. it gives a stop-gap.
  16. @ShovelGuy @Blackwatch @Tarrif or @pm07 can give you solid advice on where to pickup the actual suit. My recommendation apart from that...after thinking on it, I would recommend you start w/ a standard Imperial Army Trooper w/ hat (no helmet required) IAT if getting a faster route to Spec Ops approval is the goal as the timeline for completion and publication of the Sunber CRL is indefinite. The guys mentioned above can chime in, but there would be some minor mods needed to change an IAT suit into a Sunber...but it would be things you add to the suit, not take away...which is why I rec going for standard IAT to start since the CRL is already live and published.
  17. Im not privy to all the details but the short story is both detachments put in claims for the costumes (Iden, Gideon, Del...and Seyn from the book which is now a pulled CRL)...and as a compromise the costumes were split among the 2 dets. Character backgrounds and roles were taken into account when deciding though a case could (and was Im sure) made for all 4 to reside in one detachment. Only Del is housed here at Spec Ops unless more source material arises for Seyn at which point we could re-add her.
  18. Hey Zak...for Iden you would need to visit JRS for any update proposals.
  19. Thanks for the update! No major rush. @pm07 You are the Army Trooper CRL model correct? IDs match...just confirming.
  20. Yea @Blue Hatter I would say that is definitely a detail to show the ridge is there then based off that (as we know a stripe isn't actually on a TK like that in reality) and would suggest leaving it off.
  21. Line-by-line review in progress. @IcyTrooper edited Level 2 requirements based on reference pictures. Adjusted order of items to flow a bit better. Additionally, we have been working on in-detachment alignment of texts where applicable so much of the wording that applied (emphasis...we tripled checked references) has been adjusted to our current Shadow Stormtrooper proposal which will be the base for our TK-style CRLs. Colors show the changes. Only the pack is left to review/edit. Pictures are being edited. This should be ready to publish hopefully by weekend.
  22. Good find. Here's my opinion (and open to others)... If the line is on the standard Stormtroopers as well, and we know that in reality they don't have that black line, I think it's a safe assumption that it's part of the game graphics to simulate that ridge. In that case, I'd say leave the line off. If anyone feels super strongly that it needs to be there, I'd say at most it should be an L2 requirement...but I'm hesitant to that based on the game model for standard TK. Could you grab a shot of a standard TK for comparison?
  23. Good look. @nanotek and I have talked...CRL will be written to the references for accuracy, not to accommodate vendors. I know you know that...mostly just putting this out here for others to read...and this is an example of that. Carry on w/ the good work!
