  1. Go with the main picture. The WEG book gives the most detailed look at the AATs so I would go with that. If they have white or grey hoses, use those, If they have black T-bits then paint them black. The source you have above is the WotC RPG pic. Unfortunately, WotC isn't known for putting details into their armor and rarely have a solid reference to match (Same lack of detail caused the WotC Nova to be declined as a paint option). The WEG is the one that shows both front and back, so that should be your detail base pic to use. -iz
  2. Alright, so I pulled this out tonight and polished about half of it. I'll post pics later, as I already packed up the box, and the unpolished pieces are on top. So it's still coming along... Slowly, but surely... -iz
  3. Very cool! I want one of these! (Of course I want everything!) -iz
  4. Hmm... Any updates on this? -iz
  5. Nice! Now give them a nice coat of future shine to help protect the clear coat that is protecting the gold! (That's a joke) -iz
  6. No, I believe that once you swap out the mesh and get it to sit right on your head, you're good to go. If I'm wrong the LMO will say so. -iz
  7. Yeah... you do know the diamond sniper plate isn't used right? I really need to get cracking on mine. I have new nova arms and everything waiting for me in the garage. -iz
  8. Very cool work. I like the attention to detail! -iz
  9. If your shin armor fits over them, then they'll work for approval. Just not be considered really "screen accurate." So it's up to you. -iz
  10. I use hard hat suspension for my helmet, but you can buy a $9.00 foam mattress from walmart and slice it up. That was quick on the Rex helmet. I haven't even pulled the amp out of the one I have laying around yet. -iz
  11. Buy a Captain Rex helmet on sale from walmart and pull out the amp. other than that you're looking at a $200 investment for just the static burst card... and I'd have to dig up the old link. -iz
  12. Those could work too, but they're on the pricey side. The Amsterdam probably work just as well and are half the price. -iz
  13. That's right! Feel guilty so you're sure to keep us updated! -iz
  14. I wear the Amsterdam boots. They're nice, a little hard to keep FX shins from popping over them without some creative mods. Honestly, you could go with either and get approved. I think the elastic on the sides are more accurate though. I need to recheck my sources... -iz
  15. Yeah, people say they're soft on details, yet Hyperfirms don't even have real holes in the barrel. Honestly, it's 6s to me. Here's a larger shot of mine. -iz
  16. Honestly it's hard to tell from just two pieces in an unfinished state, but looks pretty good to my untrained eye. -iz
  17. I think it's in the cantina that we have a bucket thread going. You ought to post if you haven't already! -iz
  18. Tori... Tori... You must go to the PM system... There you will find Scootch... -iz
  19. Just be aware the the MG-34 was the base for the DLT-19 the MG-42 was used for some of the bounty hunters' weaponry. -iz
  20. Cool. I carry the Cushman DLT-19. It's a nice and light prop. BTW, even if you have a CC permit, according to Legion rules you are not allowed to carry any prop blaster that is actually capable of firing any sort of projectile. -iz
