  1. I figured it was time to post these up...enjoy! TK-8455, Imperial Stormtrooper (ANH) TI-8455, Tie Pilot (ANH) TB-8455, Imperial Scout Trooper (Biker Scout)
  2. Their site is a little hard to navigate. Over in the "cotton webbing" section (which is better anyway), you can find it by the yard. If you want Hunter Green, Jontay has it and you can get it by the yard. For yours, I'm thinking 2 yards at the most. I only used 1 yard for mine though... http://store.jontay....on_Webbing.aspx
  3. Really nice. I love what you are doing with this one.
  4. I use Jontay.com for my scout webbing. It's a good site and they do have a wide selection. http://store.jontay.com/Regular-WeightPolypropyleneWebbing.aspx
  5. Ah yes...and now you have the serious trooping bug! Welcome to the club!
  6. Ha, I've actually got another Shadow Scout helmet too. I'll send you a PM...
  7. Belt and biceps should arrive today!
  8. Great looking Tie Pilot Steve! I also play one of these guys from time-to-time.
  9. I agree with Chef. Also, I have a spare belt and biceps w/ t-bits. If you want them, send me a PM.
  10. Very glad to have you on board. Keep us all posted!
  11. Cool. The only issues with KS armor is the in-accuracy of the parts (hang boxes are way too big, greeblies are wrong, decals are wrong, shoulders are wrong, etc.). I'm 6"2, about 175lbs and the armor is designed for a skinny taller trooper (like 6" plus). The SC armor, although more accurate, has all the right shapes and parts, greeblies, etc. to get you going. I do know that SC has a black scout armor kit just waiting for someone to buy it. The kit was pulled about 3 weeks ago...
  12. It depends, on a lot of things. Pre-assembled or a kit? KS has not made any black kits in some time. I also troop as a classic Biker Scout and have KS armor for that setup. I have modified a lot of things to get it closer to the movie scouts. But, I just finished my Shadow Scout and have a total SC setup...much better. So, IMO, I'd go with SC.
  13. Have fun Al...I'm eagerly awaiting your approval!
  14. I use the Nomex gloves...better breathing on the hands and great for trooping.
  15. Nice. I think that will be a cool costume. It looks like a tank, or something on his back. The instrument with the cable looks rad too.
  16. Interesting costume and information. I remember when you found this dude. We need to locate more pics for reference shots (at least 3 total). Since it's basically a "new to the Legion costume", we'll need to provide all the info, reference pics, supporting comic/book references, etc. to the LMO team. Also, without an image of the lower half of the costume, there is no way to complete it (pants, belt, boots, etc.). Here's another link: http://misc.thefullwiki.org/Imperial_Surgical_Corps "Kornell Divini was a captain in it. During the Battle of Maridun, General Ziering's forces included field surgeons. When Ziering suffered an injury to his eye, they attempted to repair it, but Ziering chose to return to command during the operation, so he lost sight in that eye." --Star Wars Empire: To the Last Man
  17. Yep, those are the ones to get. Best of luck on your approval. If you need anything on this end, just let us know...
  18. Hang in there and let us know if you need any help! We're all here to help.
  19. The guys have guided you well...! I have flat black stripes on my lid. Here's a shot of mine:
  20. Ya, probably better to get one rather than make it. But here are the details... (A.K.A. O2 canister) attaches to the center back of the belt. This is an all black cylinder without silver stickers or silver paint. The cylinder is between 2” (50mm) and 2.68"(68mm) in diameter with white end caps on each end. The white control panel pad faces upwards, with controls/round washer style detail closest to the right end cap. The total length should be approximately 7.50" (190.5mm).
  21. Welcome to the Spec Ops site! Great start on your build!
