  1. I can't say I agree about zero weathering. Look at the bicep, or the raised box near the bottom of the torso. The bottom of the skirt too (4k cap, you may have to open in new tab to zoom in) Scuffs on the bicep, scuff on the chest, lots of wash on the shoulder straps, weathering under the chest buckles Wash weathering in the ridges on the shin straps even! The ones at Luthen's gallery are kinda nasty The Hospital ones are pretty clean, but they are weathered lightly too.
  2. The text suggested by Tarrif mentioned Weathering and I think we ought to include this here too. As far as I can tell all suits have light to moderate weathering on them?
  3. Hooks appear to be present, as per slide 5 on here: https://www.instagram.com/p/DJquT1zoekb/?img_index=5 (It's pretty small, and due to the compression barely visible, but yeah, you can make out a hook on the right side of the picture) Similarly, you can see the fabric texture pretty well on slides 1+2
  4. That's a big reoccurring theme with original props, especially stuff like Belt Boxes with casting bubbles everywhere and such
  5. Surely it's this is a matter of "hat is a poor fit on the wearer, thus causing a different shape" kind of situation? An Imperial Hat from Andor went up for auction a while back and it simply has an "M" label in it. It's also from HeroCollection, implying it was reused from Rogue One, where the hats were originally supplied. https://imgur.com/a/l60kGQ6 Hat pictures here. Also as a whole, the hat should be optional? Some troopers don't have a hat at all, some have what looks like a rolled up beanie, some have just the goggles
  6. I ended up adding some more photos that have since leaked out
  7. Found another angle, so the S2 Armor option has All black armor (like Ferrix/Ghorman) and the shins too. The buckles on the shoulder strap aren't silver.
  8. I'm pretty sure that's how they've been since Solo?
  9. I think Astara is trying to say that the color grading made it indeed look green when it wasn't
  10. Feldgrau is actually a really good call. Since we know the color on the officers, we can also compare against that! The Army Trooper is visibly browner than the officer uniform.
  11. In Andor S2E10 we are introduced to a new Mudtrooper Variant. The costumes were remade for the Andor production and at a glance seem to match the Solo Mudtroopers, with some changes. The jackets and pants appear to be the same as the Army Troopers we see across Andor S1+2. The gloves are different. Lear's armor has the M16 Bandoleer, which is already on the Mudtrooper CRL. We also get other Ammo pouch types. A new blaster option with the TL-50. We don't get to see any helmets in this sequence. A piece of concept art has the Imperial hat with goggles, but nothing in the show itself. Reference gallery here: https://imgur.com/a/rDeGQqy
  12. Just to provide reference, here's Season 1 behind the scenes pics with less/no color grading on there: Taramyn's Uniform leaning closer to brown, Skeen closer to green
  13. Well that's just kind of it: The uniforms for both seasons are the same, but there's color differences within dye batches. The trooper on the left is browner, the trooper on the right leans greener. Or a green hat on a brown jacket? The uniforms don't match, but that's exactly how Season 1 was too.
  14. We have confirmation from sources within production that these are the exact same costumes, the color difference is down to the show's color grading. Here's a fabric swatch from Season 1:
  15. I think this should be the main changes: - Prominent use of boots with no adjustment straps, so that should probably be moved into an optional thing - Right handed holsters for Power 5 Blasters - Power 5 with coil wire (unlike the straight wire in Season 1) - The new smaller Mudtrooper looking goggles - Variant with unpainted Flat black Armor (Ferrix/Ghorman style) - Based on items previously auctioned, it solidifies that the green shade currently in the CRL is totally off. The Mina Rau troopers seem to be color graded much closer to the physical costumes, with some leaning to brown and some leaning to greener Season 2 retains the mismatched nature of color shades, with some troopers having different color pants or hats - Riot Baton as previously seen on Ferrix. The same trooper also uses belt boxes in a brighter shade. The belt boxes for Andor have been made with different degrees of shine.
  16. He folks! With the recent conclusion of Andor S2, I figure we could have a look at upgrades specifically from Season 2? We previously had a thread with update requests and additions from Season 1, but since @Tal Skirata confirmed the same costumes used on S2, I figured it may be worth setting up a spare thread to look into things specific to Season 2. I haven't really had a chance to hunt for screenshots yet, but for those interested, here's a good source for 4k Screenshots: https://www.cap-that.com/starwars/andor/?seasontwo Helps with avoiding photos taken off a TV screen too
  17. Took a quick moment in photoshop to adjust the CRL Photo of TJ, I hope that's not frowned upon or anything! I was just curious to see what our current CRL pics would look like tone adjusted to match the behind the scenes stuff more closely. If inappropriate, I can delete the post again of course.
  18. I'll see if I can get around to it soon. I've been plagued a bit by things IRL, sorry for the holdup! I've also got this new shot of Kimzi, which shows the green on the uniform in a neutral light. This may mean we might as well look at getting the shade of green we use updated? Since it doesn't get much better than neutral light character shot. This would probably also confirm that the gray looking armor in the show is a result of color grading, and that it actually is black, like we've heard from Fraser. I think we should probably gather all updates we can and then update for as many attachments and changes as we can in one go?
  19. I've had pics on the CRL discussion thread featuring E-11, DLT-19 and also the flashlight. We'd also still have the headset to add, and I believe the helmet.
  20. Just grabbed a series of new screenshots off the Andor blu: https://imgur.com/a/4U3OCxp Just in case there may be any more interesting info here?
  21. I've not been able to find any good reference, outside of the pictures already posted on the subforum here.
  22. Considering that the originals aren't painted, but rather just cast in flat black, I'd hold off until adjustments are made (or just go for a black paint outright)
  23. A new detail I spotted: You can see in the new behind the scenes clip, that the very first hole in the barrel shroud is shaped differently, as if it were to accommodate the hook of a Sterling stock. The stock is of course shorter (or the barrel longer in this case). The two blasters on the top of this pile seem to be "hero" blasters. They have holes in the barrel shroud. The blaster on the bottom right appears to be a stunt casting of sort. The holes are only hinted at. You can also see the front sling loop being present on only 1/4 guns. Imo this should lean towards making that sling loop an optional piece.
  24. I went through all my screenshots and at no point do I see these guys with a 10.5? I see a single trooper with a non-flashlight R1 E-11.
