  1. I know the file for the blaster can be found on Etsy.
  2. Good I'm going to try this. I certainly find my green a little too bright.
  3. Just curious, what was the purpose of the Oxyclean Stain Remover?
  4. Well, this week-end I finally had the time for take two. At least, it's certainly darker.
  5. Thanks. I also have a WTF kit but I haven't been working on this part so far. This is something I had not noticed.
  6. Yeah, certainly too lime. I now wonder what's the best way to dull it. Great green, ny the way. I'm jealous 😉
  7. Here's my result so far. The green is certainly too vibrant. What do you think, @TeaJay? One pic is outside, the other is under neon lignt in my basement.
  8. Done my dying this morning, following pretty much your steps. Will share the results once it's dry 🙂
  9. That means all the different parts of the costume for each version might have different pictures unless someone do the full suit up for the three versions?
  10. Thanks. I checked all the images I could find and I saw no hint of brass.
  11. My tailor has finished working on my Imperial Boot suit. It was way too large. Much better, now. I've also added the belt loops. Btw, the belt itself was just for the test. It isn't the belt I'm going to use with this costume.
  12. Been looking at the google more carefully. In the proposed CRL, there is this mention : Can't really find any visual reference for this. Do we have any? Or it's just something brought from the mud trooper?
  13. I have been working with Magmel ( https://www.facebook.com/magmelcreations ) to get some accurate belt boxes using the info Fraser gave.
  14. Today I received my hard parts from Walt's trooper Factory and I wanted to share some pictures of them with you. As you can see, it includes the greaves, that aren't needed for the Aldhani version, and the helmet. It includes the round greeblies on each side of the helmet but in plastic. I already have some in metal that will look much better instead. There are some pieces that I'm still not sure what they are about but Walt is pretty helpful. It's the first time I work on a plastic costume that needs to be fully painted. I wonder, what sort & color of primers would you recommend? Following the great job by @sonfield, I have ordered three cans of Anthracite Montana Gold paint. I hope it's enough. They aren't easy to find, in Canada.
  15. This one has them : E-10 Blaster Imperial - Etsy Canada
  16. Nice! Very nice! One thing I wonder, it's the paint of the armor. Is it not a bit too shiny? But perhaps it's the lighting.
  17. Juste curious, why did you feel the need to dye the belt?
  18. «Henglster has accurate eagle logo seen on Rogue One E-11 varians. The eagle logo should fit between the recessed screw holes above and below it. The eagle logo should the the more "blocky" style than the more art-deco style. » Perhaps that sort of details might be best for level2? Typo in the last sentence «The eagle logo should the be the more "blocky" style than the more art-deco style» Also, it's not clear what's the Henglster mentioned here.
  19. Thanks for sharing your work-in-progress with us, Justin! You have done a really great job. I really like your shoulder bell, in particular. The paint job seems really accurate. Good job with the dying of the costume. I hope mine is going to be as successful as your 🙂 As for the not-so-positive... The boots you have seem to be the tall jackboots from IB. When I compare them with the screenshots, they seem a little too high to me but that's probably no big deal. Another thing is that your gloves seem to have some decorative stitches. In the CRL we have been working on so far, it mentions that they shouldn't have any. With the belt boxes you already mention, it's the only things I have noticed
  20. I love to see your WIP Justin 🙂 I think the color or the tunic and armor are pretty much spot on and I guess which paint I'm going to order! 🙂 But David is right and perhaps moderators could split this into a new thread?
  21. Well, the original canon source is here. "The Eye" Trivia Gallery | Andor | StarWars.com They say this : They do not say its name is "E-10.5". But I guess at the moment it's the closest thing we have.
  22. Concerning the name of the blaster, Wookiepedia calls the Andor version, the E-10.5 rifle. I wonder if it should be the same, in the CRL? E-10.5 rifle | Wookieepedia | Fandom
  23. Nice. Don't hesitate to share more pics. I got some 3d-design guys more than happy to be able to replicate things with such clear pictures! I'm surprised you managed to keep one. Lucky you 🙂
