  2. Description: Commander Bragh Prefix: TX Detachment: Spec Ops Detachment Context: Star Wars Uprising A male Purger Trooper Commander who served in the Galatic Empire during the the Galatic Civil War. Following the destruction of the second Death Star he fought for the Governor Adelhad's faction. During his military service Bragh was regarded as a fearless soldier who indulged in inflicting pain on others. The 501st approval requirements are listed in black. In the page below, items listed in blue are recommended features that will improve the quality of the costume. Items listed in red are intended to further enhance the finished costume. For 501st membership only the requirements in black need to be met. Special Notes: Blasters are not required for legion membership per our weapons policy. This Visual Guide has been reviewed by the detachment staff and the LMO team and is certified for use as a minimum approval guideline for GMLs. GMLs are free to approve this costume type. This document is not intended to be a detailed how-to on costume construction; rather a visual guide to be used for 501st costume approval. Information on how to construct a costume for 501st approval may be found on the respective costume detachment web forum. GMLs unfamiliar with or uncertain about an aspect of submitted costume shall post questions in the appropriate DL/GML peer review section of the Legion forum. Measurements given in this document are intended to be approximate and generalized; not criteria for approval. Requirements for all 501st costumes are assumed to be proportional to the wearer. Required Costume Components The following costume components are present and appear as described below

  4. Thanks I definitely will be revisiting this for sure and I will post pics once I finish the helmet
  5. Bad news have to put this project on hold due to lack of funding. So I have the helmet and blaster as display for now. Hopefully I can revisit this again later next year etc. Thanks
  6. That does look pretty sweet. I would also say go for it as well.
  7. I fully support this. White Legacy fem troopers have been approved and there are White Tks. There are also black TKs so to me I see no reason why the Black Variant can not be approved. How do we get this to happen? who do we speak with? What type of evidence needs to be presented? I have a feeling it will start with a CRL, pics and submission. Oh and of course it should reside in Spec Ops detachment. I think that would be a good way to attract more women as well
  8. Awesome well once you get approved don't forget to check out the awesome programs we have available. http://forum.specops501st.com/index.php?/forum/52-spec-ops-programs/ Also we have several merchandise runs that will be available as well .
  9. Ah yes and you did an awesome job. I guess how you would want to do the video would be up to you, did a look at the Trooper Bay video? It definitely wouldn't have to be like every single little detail but like just the main things that would need attention that might not be straight forward.
  10. Congrats!!! looks great http://forum.501stsp...s-shadow-scout/ Keep in touch with Chef as he is extremely knowledgeable about the costume Also don't forget we have some awesome Spec Ops programs available http://forum.specops501st.com/index.php?/forum/52-spec-ops-programs/ As well as exclusive merchandise as well http://forum.specops501st.com/index.php?/forum/51-spec-ops-exclusives/
  11. Any type of tutorial would be most appreciated. I also have in the armor tips and tricks a reference to build threads links so that would be awesome as well thank you
  12. I do believe there is realistic and the game version which may explain the difference in green coloring and weathering. So it seems realistic is shiny green with no weathering. Animated version has the weathering. I am not sure about the green coloring though as there was no indication that one was better than the other or approvalable over another after looking at the build threads. I personally am not a Swampy expert but in my opinion i dont think it would be an issue with the color you are using. Hopefully we have more swampy experts to give more guidance.
  13. Sad to hear but I am glad his wife is continuing on with things This was an amazing build and I hope others will take the time to look at it
