ABS glue or weld is good good stuff, as long as you never every want to take the piece apart again. I recommend using it in certain places, but not everywhere.

I like the glowy. Been nice if I could have a separate undersuit that would accomplish a lot of the glowly and then just use a separate bucket...

Agreed! This would be a fun one and shouldn't be too hard aside from getting the right color on the helmet.

I am pretty sure (but double check) that you can purchase from Target online, you can then return in store. If so, buy a pair and just return them if they don't work. Female sizes are two smaller, so for me if I wear a mens 11, I wear a womens 13.

Which part of the CRL gave you that impression? I only ask because I want to make sure we update it so it doesn't confuse anyone else.

Chef speaks wisely. The CRL's exists so that the GML's can approve the costume. That does not mean that the GML may not still post looking guidance from Izzi and I. This likely wont happen here, but on a super secret fortress of solitude section of the 501st forum. No matter what, you will be submitting to your GML and he/she will take the appropriate steps from there. What I highly recommend is working with your GML as you go through the creation process. Build that relationship and keep them in the loop. If you disagree with an assessment, Let Izzi or I know and if we agree, we can help out.

Butt joints area all about getting the right shape so everything sits flush and right. If you can do that, it can work.

Me too. I really did want to so I tried to work my way around it, but eventually just had to remove the ear caps.

I also own one of those and I am quite happy with it. My only, very minor complete, is the shrink wrap used to protect the bucket was a pain to get off around the ear caps.

I have used something similar purchased from Amazon. Some pretinted and some I have tinted myself.

RT's are beautiful and I just want to own one for display purposes.
