Yeah. It was white, but I thought maybe I could paint it. But it is really glossy compared to the natural black vinyl.

Yeah I'll probably get it a once over in satin and then hit it with a matte or flat finish clear.

Still stripping paint so I can lay down the automotive paint. But I've been going slow on it since not much can be done until after elections and everyone gets settled in for the new term.

Okay now that elections are done I will continue. Back to work on the bucket after some paint mishaps and it is about 98% complete. Gluing the frown mesh and lens mounting is all that's left.

Yeah the biggest thing is my thigh ammo pack. Then it's just little things.

Bucket just needs the lenses and fans mounted and it's done.

Finally got the legs done after paint fixes. Getting the strapping measured and done now.

So I got the first full test fit in despite not feeling well. Happy that I only have a few minor tweaks and adjustments to make and those are already underway.

So the paint I used for this was Dupli-color Flash Red and Rust-oleum 2X gloss clear. I'll get some photos of the can with a product# tomorrow.

So my gloss clear wasn't the 2X, but rather this instead.

This is the automotive paint I used Dupli-color Flash Red.

It only comes in a 8oz. can so I think it took me about two and a half or three cans for the entire kit.

So I will be adding a DLT-20A to this. It's a PLA print from AprilStorms on etsy. Other than the pistol grip being a bit chunky it's nice and has a good weight to it.

It sort of makes me sad I can't leave it with the black and red color scheme.

So finally got the DLT-20a finished up. Got it painted and some light weathering.

I also acquired a SE-14 that I'll be working on also. So I'll have the entire array of crimson weapons.
