  1. You need to hire some ewoks (or elves) for your helmet factory.
  2. Your best option is to go setup a free Photobucket account. You can upload the pics to Photobucket then link them here on the forum.
  3. Don't you just love black armor mixed in with white?! Great pics m8t!
  4. Why not create a topic for this? http://forum.specops501st.com/index.php?/topic/1443-show-us-your-weapons/page__fromsearch__1
  5. I looked last night and the name on the bin is "boxz" but I think it's a generic Walmart brand. I also use this little trunk like box for my scout. It has rollers, a carrying handle, and can lock. It's made by Sterilite. http://www.walmart.com/ip/Sterilite-Footlockers-Set-of-2/14147139
  6. Looks good man, I like that you did the scope rail too. These blaster mods are really fun. I can't tell in the pic. Did you add an extra row of holes on the left side? Here's mine:
  7. Don't you just love upgrades!? I ended up removing the lining in my AT3 and replaced it w/some foam. My head just did not fit with the padding from Arakyel.
  8. I picked up this storage bin from Walmart for like $15. It is different than the bins I use for my TK or the trunk I use for my TB. This one has "click locks" on the four tops sides and has rollers (for easy in and out). This thing is largest enough for my entire suit, helmet, and "quick repair" tote. It's a generic box and I will get you the name tonight.
  9. Great job so far! I'm also in the process of "upgrading" several components on my armor. The biggest thing I have learned (with 3 costumes) is you are never completely done. You will see something that someone else has done and say "wow, I like that idea and want to do that too!".
  10. I would ensure your hands can get into (and out of) the forearms. Once you are happy with that part and if there is a gap, you could always use pieces of foam to line the forearm parts. I do this and it keeps them right where I want them.
  11. Congrats John! Your profile has been updated to Spec Ops. Go make us proud trooper!
  12. FX is the older style (and former name of) AM. I have the AT3 bucket from Arakyel, very good deal. http://forum.specops501st.com/index.php?/topic/1366-fs-at-anh-stunt-buckets/page__fromsearch__1
  13. If your GML approves...you are all set. If not, no worries...we'll guide you m8t. I think you will be fine.
  14. You might wait and see what your GML has to say about it.
  15. Bummer. It's always a good idea to wash resin based parts before painting. Depending on how bad it is, you could just sand the offending areas with light sandpaper, then repaint and blend it back in. Without a pic, I can't really tell... IMHO...it might be better to sand it down totally, then hit it with some Krylon primer. Let it dry for about 24 hours, then hit it with some Flat or Satin Black Krylon paint. I do this for all my blasters and it turns out really well. This is my Hasbro mod E-11 and I used Krylon Primer and Flat Black...then Metallic for weathering.
  16. Best of luck John...I'm sure everything will be fine.
  17. Nice idea on the pouches. I keep foam, trading cards, snack bars, and candy in mine.
  18. Wow Chef...looking awesome m8t! I would say that is just about Lancer in the TB world. Top notch!
