There may be a bit of room around the neck, appears to have a silicon/rubber neck/chest piece, there are two seen in the stage video but if you compare they look slightly different and one doesn't appear to have a square cut out. Looks like the back and chest plate just sits on top, you can see a separation and gap between them. Unless you wear both pieces on top of each other?

Looks like the "shorts" gaskets ridges may go in two directions

Although there are flat sections on the back the thighs and shins they close on the inside same as FOTK, So glued on the outside where there is the seam and Velcro or magnets on the inside can see an overlap and small opening.

My pleasure Mark had some time on my hands and at the end of the day the more info that is shared then the better the costumes will become "troopers helping troopers"

Just looking at the forearms and apart from the outside differences the cover/top plates are also different in width, length and the left is shorter, stops before the front and back ends (tapers back from the front).
