  1. Very cool Steve, I like what you have done. Looks a lot better than the FX version.
  2. This is a cool post Jon. Nice work so far on your new addition to the family.
  3. All I can say is "AWESOME"...!
  4. Great work on your build, and Congrats trooper! One comment: the TD seems to hang a little strange. I would adjust it a bit to hide the metal clips. Overall, nicely done!
  5. Brings back memories of when I upgraded my helmet. No more franken-head.
  6. That is one sweet looking pack!
  7. You have done a great job Jon! The chest/back kind of sit like a "clam shell" with this armor. I agree with Nick and you could use that method to keep it closer together. It really comes down to how it sits on your shoulders and covers the ab/kidney parts too. I recently revamped mine and went with elastic on the inside of the chest/back so it could stretch when I put it on, but it sits closer around my neck. This gives me a tighter fit and pulls it together more down below.
  8. It sounds very cool. I personally liked getting into this gig and discovering how to assemble the armor. For me, an out of the box solution makes it way too easy and sort of takes the fun out of it. Hopefully these will be offered in kit form too. My 2 cents...
  9. Welcome back Chris. Sounds like a great opportunity for you and the Legion. Are you mainly focused on the white armor TK or other Stormtroopers like the Biker Scout, Sandtrooper, and the Snowy?
  10. Might just need to pull up the suspenders (if you have them). Plus...wearing the under garments makes a big difference on how it sits.
  11. Albin is the founder of the 501st Legion. And, you do sort of look like Jaimie. You must be a genius too.
  12. Looking pretty good! Have you picked up the black undersuit yet? Eastbay.com has all sorts of good deals this days...
  13. The SC scout helmets look really nice. Great alternate option to a KS.
  14. Oranges, apples...at least we agree on fruit as a solution.
  15. Put some orange peels in your bucket overnight. That helped to get rid of the smoky smell from mine.

  17. Great start! Do you have armor yet?
  18. I'd trim them a bit on each side so they are not so wide. My 2 cents...
  19. You're doing a great job, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. We all got your back Nick.
  20. Great work Nick. I know you had some challenges with this build.
