On the topic of helmet surface: 

I forgot Gorn uses a helmet! 

 

It's pretty subtle, and the shot is obscured by movement, but I think you can make out the texture pretty well by looking at this shot. I think this should reinforce what we assumed a few pages before: At least some helmets have the texture for sure. A nice little optional detail

For consistency that could be a good thing! @Hodawhat do you think? I know you had pics in there yourself as a backup.

The only images we are waiting on is that for helmet and armor (version 2). We have pics for hat and armor (version 1) and then @Hoda had his for soft parts only (version 3)

Excellent! Once we get the suit up and photos we can get them edited for the CRL and get stuff finalized.

Here is the helmet at it's final stage pending some small paint tweaks from Kenyon! Seriously guys, hit him up if you are looking for a helmet!

Latest update - since it will be still a few weeks until @Wasrovv Slociw is ready with his armor, we're going to go ahead and push live the Aldhani trooper with version 1 and 2 first, and update it with version 3 once the armor is ready to go (and we can get a full suit-up photo).

So, for everyone paying attention, here are the new "versions" of the Imperial Army Trooper - Aldhani:

• Version 1: Soft goods only
• Version 2: Hat with armor
• Version 3: Helmet with armor

Im very glad to see this moving forward.  

Once this is all locked down we can start looking at the Security Forces.

Awesome news! I'm still planning on taking updated photos as soon as my new level 2 belt boxes arrive, they should be here in the next couple days. My soft cloth parts look less green than they used too as well. So I like the newer look much more. Plus my clearcoat on my armor dulled the shine some, which is nice.

I added new photos to the shared Google Drive folder for L2 boxes by themselves and on the belt. 

I also took updated photos of my hat, tunic, and trousers, in case you want them in better lighting. The original lighting made them look darker.

Hello all, just a couple questions about this impression and how I can achieve Specialist with it.

Will the E-10.5 be required to achieve Specialist, and if so, where would the best 3D Print File be? 

 

Also, would I be able to achieve this with the soft goods version only? Excellent work on this Troopers.
